- Packaging and delivery
- Smaller prints will be sandwiched between archival tissue and coreboard while larger prints will be sealed in cardboard tubes. Packaging and postage is free within NZ. We aim to have a print order processed, printed and packaged within a week so allow a 10 day period between the date of your order and delivery by NZ Post. Prices are based on a 3 day lab turn around so we cannot supply requests for urgent prints.
- Quality control
- The colour match between the photographers original file, our computer system and the lab print is carefully managed but we can not guarantee to match your on-screen colour setting or other book reproductions of the same image. The digital photographic prints are produced by top quality equipment on a product designed to last but we still recommend that you don’t hang our prints in direct sunlight.
- Returns
- The on-line catalogue numbering system for images is duplicated in the laboratory files to ensure you get the print you have ordered. Should a size or dispatch error occur then a replacement is guaranteed. All returns must be in the same packaging within a 7 day period.
- Privacy and security
- Personal information given to us for your ordering is respected as such safe with us.
